Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Mooko Media is looking for a qualified Full Stack Developer to work out of our Los Angeles office or remotely. The role consists of working with other in-house and outsourced engineers to scope, build, and deploy created content Wordpress sites and mobile apps while implementing new features to the current product line.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Build and develop functional, secure WordPress websites and mobile apps for content writing and marketing
• Integrate and update compatible plugins into sites and apps for UI design, UX, ad monetization, security, and content creation purposes
• Manage access of database and security firewalls for any unwanted access
• Identify and fix any bugs, broken links, images, or RSS feeds
• Track site performance to minimize server downtime
• Aid in reskin process of mobile apps when available

Qualifications:
 

• 2-3 year experience in full stack development
• BA/BASc/B. Tech degree from accredited post-secondary institution preferred.
• Fluency in modern tech stack concepts including HTML, JS Frameworks (React), CSS, REST, Unity, Flutter, and Node.js. LAMP
• Experience in integrating third-party API's and libraries as well as the design, implementation, and deployment of new API's.
• Eligibility to work in US.
• A strong analytic, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail.
• Strong degree of professionalism with strong business acumen and work ethics.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Flexible working hours.

Nice to Have:
 

• Familiarity with AWS products and services. 
• Experience with EC2, Lambda, or RDS is a plus.
• Dart/Flutter experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated contributions to the entire development lifecycle of a product from concept to launch.
