ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting guests in purchasing tickets, food, and beverages
- Preparing guests food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks
- Serving guests in each auditorium with our premier service option
- Providing Celebrated Service and helping our guests have an enjoyable mini-vacation from the stress of life
- Ability to work with a team in a positive and professional manner
- Run prepared food items right to the guest in their seat
- Clean theatres in between show times
- Assist with dishes and trash take-out
- Assist in maintaining an overall clean work and guest environment
- Other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing
- Ability to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use basic cleaning equipment
- A team player who is willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers!
- Must love people, food, and movies!
