Job Summary
Rock-star receptionists have to juggle several tasks at once while maintaining a customer service-oriented attitude. This is because they serve as the first impression most customers and vendors have of a company, both in person and on the phone. If you have the focus and the organizational skills needed to track and set appointments, manage scheduling changes, and coordinate office communications, then this job could be the perfect fit for you. While you perform various administrative duties, we'll depend on your pleasant demeanor and beaming smile to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, job seekers, and other visitors to the office.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a professional manner while notifying the appropriate staff members to facilitate timely meetings and appointments.
- Operate the company's phone system to route incoming calls to the proper location. (System is very easily managed)
- Maintain the social room calendar and tennis court schedule.
- Learn the requisite office technology, multiple door opening electronics, vendor sign in tag system , notification of packages received (UPS) Amazon, USPS, etc.), and remain up to date on their operation as technology changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to help with the efficient functioning of the Front Desk.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Ability to write and speak English
- Basic proficiency with Gmail is helpful
- High school diploma
Professional appearance and demeanor. Uniform required, Navy Blue Polo Shirts provided. Additionally, khaki slacks and dark brown or back closed-toe shoes
Preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior experience with office technology, such as phone systems, copiers, printers, video cameras

A Luxury High Rise Building in season January thru May it is very busy.
We take great care of our Residents and Employees.
Our employees are mostly long term and we need a new team player.
The position is Front Desk Staff. The job description includes but is not limited to the following;
Manage the Front Desk activities
Have all vendors and tradespeople log in and out of Le Ciel Park Tower
Monitor all security cameras for main and service gate activity, allow access as necessary
Monitor grounds, parking areas, and parking garage levels (2) for activity
Add info to the daily log book and daily traffic journal during your shift
If working 2 - 10PM or 10 - 6AM, these shifts require 2 "rounds" per shift to monitor
infrastructure equipment
Receive packages from couriers and package carriers for our residents
Training provided, great job with stability and longevity available.
