Job Description:

Help Me Speak is seeking a part time energetic, outgoing, organized Front Desk Assistant to join our wonderful team!


Skills needed: excellent verbal & interpersonal customer service skills, multi-tasking, tech-savvy, excellent computer skills, use & knowledge of EMRs & Google Drive, Monday.com, maintaining neat and professional workspace, able to take initiative, & handle time-sensitive materials.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients, client COVID screenings, answering phones, client registration, insurance verification, payment collection
  • Scheduling appointments, data entry
  • Organizing toys & books per plan
  • Light office cleaning: vacuuming, organizing toys/waiting room, cleaning therapy tools/dishes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Days/Hours needed: Mon - Thurs 9-1pm; possibly adding Fridays: hours TBD & Saturdays: hours TBD; hours may vary as needed
 

Speaking multiple languages is not a requirement but is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
