- Audit all (international and domestic) inbound freight invoices for accuracy
- Process inbound freight invoices as they are received to ensure timely processing within payment terms
- Request, review and reply to all vendor inquiries including monthly statement of account review
- Manage invoice discrepancies by working cross-functionally to ensure resolution and payment
- Manage SOP’s for carrier specific invoicing needs
- Reporting as needed on invoice / dollar activity processed within ERP
- Testing within ERP for new process changes and sharing results
- Proactively advise of challenges processing invoices and propose solutions for efficiency
- Ability to partner and collaborate with the Accounts Payable teams and Operational teams
- Assist the Logistics Team as needed for various operational needs, including tracking/tracing shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years processing freight invoices (especially international invoices)
- Must be able to problem solve, multi-task and work independently with accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Experience in Microsoft D365 and Power BI a plus
