We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and performance through comprehensive analysis and reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and enhance our financial planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and investments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance, Strategy or Consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
