Job Description:

The Financial Customer Service Representative will support the Private Banking division for a large global bank.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for day to day client needs and activities. Based on client activity, CSR may proactively discuss cross-sell opportunities with the RM and, in some cases, discuss the opportunity with the client and introduce internal Bank product partners.
  • Resolve escalated customer servicing issues for Relationship Managers’ clients as needed. Direct routine servicing requests to the appropriate servicing channels.
  • Provide support to assigned Relationship Manager with activities such as:
  • Gathering of Financial Information from Client and imaging information into Bank systems
  • Process Account Opening Documentation, KYC Forms, Annual Account Reviews, and New Product Agreements.
  • Proactively look for ways to continually improve overall processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent in banking experience dealing directly with customers
  • Ability work in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and diplomacy
