Job Title – Financial Analyst

Location - San Diego, CA

Duration – 12+ Months Contract

Client: Medical Device Company

Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)
Work hours: 8am – 5Pm

Hybrid role; remote and onsite. However, depending on candidate, willing to go 100% remote if need be.

3 Must haves on the resume:

5+ years of Financial Analysis, Planning or Accounting experience, demonstrates an ability to communicate up to leadership, strong system/application skills.

Qualifications:
-Undergraduate Degree in Business or Accounting (MBA or CPA a plus)
-5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience. Prior experience in Healthcare Industry a plus.
-Strong system/application skills: SAP, SAP-BPC, Excel, PowerPoint

Summary:
Support the Care Continuum platform under the Medication Management Solutions business unit, with a focus on being a strategic business partner to both the platform and U.S. Region
Build & managing the annual ASR, Budget, Forecast for the U.S. region, with emphasis on revenue and standard margin
Engage with a cross functional team (Sales, Mktg, Supply, Implementation, etc.) to drive financial expectations and report monthly variance drivers
Ensure alignment with both the MMS U.S. Region on strategic priorities, financial targets, and execution plans along with Care Continuum platform key driver goals
Consolidate financial information from various stake holders/ERP systems and provide regular summary of financial performance to a global business leader/platform leaders
Management of the Month/Quarter/Year end close focused on full platform P&L’s
Influence and listen to senior leadership including translating technical information into business terms
Attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data in meaningful and relevant ways, while maintaining sight of big picture concepts and goals
Accountable for the accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness of required reporting analysis.
