Leading Santa Barbera Wealth Management Firm seeks Financial Advisor Assistant to assist experienced and successful Financial Advisors with client support and back-office management.
The Financial Advisor Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to financial advisors in a fast-paced financial planning office.
Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, be highly organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. The role works closely with the CEO.
Duties include:
-Assisting Financial Advisors with the administration aspects of client account management.
-Managing back-office support and the service side of the business.
-Document management, administration and organization.
-Manage email and mail correspondence to and from clients.
-Interact with clients via telephone and email.
-Monitor client files and documents to ensure proper compliance.
-Prepare and provide paperwork for client meetings.
Salary based on experience and ability. Both licensed and unlicensed are encouraged to apply. In office and full-time preferred (virtual and/or hybrid structure, and/or part time will be considered for the right candidate, if needed).
