Our company is looking for a mechanical driven Field Service Technician able to work in the Waterloo, IA area. This Technician will be responsible for new machine startups, field service and warranty repairs covering the US along with some International service territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start up new machines and perform onsite repairs for customers.
- Provide technical support to end users and dealers.
- Assist with customer application issues.
- Provide parts related assistance to customers when requested or required.
- Maintain customer satisfaction using all available resources to ensure brand loyalty.
Job Qualifications:
- Concrete road paving experience is a must have.
- Strong solid hands-on mechanical background.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with GPS/3D modeling technology.
- Must have electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and welding experience to perform onsite repairs.
- Knowledge of Slipform Paving Machines and concrete applications.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Programs.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time and be flexible with work hours.
