Field Director

Salary Range: $4,500 - $5,500 per month based on experience

Responsibilities

• Work with the Campaign Manager to design a comprehensive Field Plan
• Train and manage a team of Field Organizers to execute the Field Plan
• Create ambitious goals, metrics and accountability structures to set up Field Organizers for success.
• Work and communicate with local partners and stakeholders to build capacity and support for the campaign
• Utilize Voter Contact programs to track and manage data
• Serve as a representative of the campaign at community and campaign events
• Staff the candidate on doors and at events when needed
• Create regular reports to share with the Campaign Manager and the Candidate

• Must have at least 1 cycle of experience in organizing/field
• Must have managed either staff or volunteers in any capacity
• Previous experience utilizing platforms like VoteBuilder and MiniVAN
• Demonstrated commitment to Democratic/Progressive goals 
• Valid Driver's License and access to a car
• Be able to work longer days and odd hours
• Have access to a laptop/computer 

• 1 cycle in a competitive/red to blue political campaign
• Experience writing and executing a Field Plan
