Key Responsibilities

•  Provide outpatient care for patients of all ages
•  Collaborate with a team of physicians and NP
•  Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday – Friday clinic hours
• Monday and Tuesday: 7:00AM - 7:00PM
• Wednesday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM
• Thursday: 7:00AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM

Doctorate degree

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

• Internal Medicine
• Family Practice
• Occupational Medicine

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

• Pediatric Care
• Geriatric Care
• Pediatrics

Valid Clean Malpractice

Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

• Board Certified Family Medicine in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Board Certified Internal Medicine in Pennsylvania (PA)
