Facility Scheduler needs facility Service contracting, manufacturing or construction scheduling experience.
Facility Scheduler requires:
- Minimum associates degree in business administration or construction/manufacturing/production related field,
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Facility Service contracting experience.
- Construction/Manufacturing Scheduling experience.
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience.
- Experience in various Facilities/Construction disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and Commercial Facilities Management.
- Completing records and reports related to building facilities and preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills.
- 5 years minimum of related experience required
- Must be able to identify and prioritize multiple service requests/projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes.
- Dispatching Environment, Construction Office Background, Procore Systems, Estimating Tools, Invoicing for Services Rendered, Scheduling
Facility Scheduler duties:
- Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and afterhours calls and emails.
- Create work orders for all service requests, PM?s, routine repairs and corrective action work
- Schedules and dispatches contractors and team members.
- Debrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each call.\
- Respond to all messages left overnight, including emergencies.
- Maintain the schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective and Reactive work orders
- Forecast workload for 30 days out
