Job Responsibilities
- Creatively source candidates, for existing clients.
- Use creative resources, LI, MR, recruiterly, Indeed, etc. to identify top candidates for an assigned position.
- Write compelling content, social media posts, job descriptions, marketing emails.
- Interview all potential candidates and determine qualifications, salary expectations, reasons for looking.
- Persuade passive candidates, inspire conversation, identify pain points.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.
- Contact decision makers within target client companies.
- Schedule meetings, demonstrations, sales calls with target client companies.
- Meet or exceed set KPIs, deadlines, client expectations.
- Strive for profitable outcomes.
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience or marketing experience or recruiting experience.
- A positive can-do conquer the world attitude.
- Desire to learn about the recruiting industry and be your own boss.
Compensation and Location
This is a 1099 opportunity. It is a 100% commission. You will work as much or as little as you want, be your own boss, set your own schedule. As our company grows so will the compensation package. We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to help us grow. The commission is paid out after every successful placement.
