Executive Director (Healthcare)

A brand new Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support community located in Franklin, Indiana is looking for a dynamic Executive Director to help start up the community! This position will be responsible for meeting occupancy and sales goals for this lease-up community and also managing all strategic marketing, planning, sales management, and analytical functions that impact the financial viability of the community and department. As the Executive Director, you will manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.  Your role ensures the community operates in a sound financial position, and at all times a strong emphasis is placed on quality standards.  Additionally, you will create a partnership and allegiance with the local community to ensure local needs are met.  As the Executive Director, you will lead the management team in support of the mission and values of the organization consistent with our goals and vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the applicable area of study, Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant long-term care managerial experience in IL, AL, and MC, including pre-opening and start-up experience; 7-10 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law including federal and state regulations
• Indiana Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
