We are a fast-paced and highly successful organization seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.

This position will be responsible for being the gatekeeper for the CEO, where nothing gets scheduled on the calendar unless it goes through you. This position will support personal and business administrative tasks for the CEO, including:

  • Personal and business calendar management: Reviewing the daily calendar with the CEO, confirming all meetings/appointments 24 hours in advance, arranging and confirming all travel arrangements and ensuring the calendar reflects personal needs and family events.
  • Maintaining confidential information while being discrete and practicing good judgment.
  • Coordinating household details such as: Identifying and onboarding a chef and ensuring the chef is scheduled weekly and ensuring the meals prepared meet the needs of the family; managing the cleaning vendor to ensure weekly cleaning of the home; communicating with the CEO and Spouse to ensure on time pick-ups and drop offs for the kids and to ensure monthly household bills are paid on time and creating a monthly list of family activities, including a list of fun day activities for the kids.
  • Traveling with the CEO to events as needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school and two years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager are required.

Other Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions to ensure the CEO’s needs are met.
  • The ability to manage people and/or processes and to anticipate the needs of the CEO and assist whenever and wherever assistance is needed.
  • Must be reliable, have exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate commitment to following through.
  • Experience with ASANA, Slack and Google Calendar is a plus.
  • Must be willing to be on call.
  • Must be open to occasional domestic or international travel. Must have a passport or be willing to acquire one.
  • Must be in the Metro Atlanta area.

This position may require occasional domestic and international travel. Must have a passport or be willing to get one.
