Independent car dealer looking for a Internet specialist to grow with our
organization and help people get back into the vehicle they deserve.
Job Responsibilities :
• Communicate with customer via Internet
• Schedule appointments for sales team
• Track all data to improve how we market and advertise
• Collect all leads and respond to customer inquiries
• You will provide a high level of customer service on leads generated via the website
Skills:
• You will need excellent sales acumen in order to work as an automotive internet sales manager. You must understand the importance of online advertising and the best way to market vehicles to customers. In this role, you should have strong communication skills in order to respond to customer inquiries. In addition, you should also have effective technical abilities. As the internet sales manager, you will need to update online vehicle listings and utilize merchandise estimating or tracking software.
Education Requirements: High School diploma
• The education requirement for automotive internet specialist varies; however, you will need at least a high school diploma. We do not prefer you to have some college training. You will find that we will train you even if you have previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or both.
