Event Planner/Data Entry
Baden, PA
Pay: $14.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Type: Temporary to Hire

Responsibilities:
•Communicate with client and team members to achieve classes
•Perform event registration maintenance including responding to attendee’s questions, making registration changes, and providing updates to team members and clients
•Inventory supplies prior to and following each event
•Update Event Reports on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, as progress and commitments are made.
•Answer telephones and enter accurate customer information and product orders.
•Frequent use of MS Office

Qualifications:
•Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
•Previous administrative experience is required
•Proficient with MS Office
