This position is for the upcoming school year 2020-2021 currently looking for an interventionist that can assist the classroom teachers with remedial pull out of students that need extra help in various subject areas. This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate educator that wants to impact the lives of students that need that extra help or support. This position is geared to enrich, support and aide those students that might be struggling or not meeting the school academic standards. Candidate will be assisting those students that need extra support and guidance by coaching, teaching, and providing instructional work to help each student close that academic gap. This position will be working closing with faculty and administration to ensure that all subject areas are being covered and addressed for each student.
Candidate must be able to teach small group/ or one-on-one students that need additional support and guidance with certain subject material to ensure that they are meeting the curriculum expectation for the grade level. Candidate will have to meet with faculty and administration to provide student performance evaluation, recommendations, and testing recommendation for advancement or improvement. Must have experience with K-5 grade levels for this position. Must have experience teaching Math, Reading, Social Studies for this role. Candidate must have strong instructional and classroom management skills for this role. Must have 7 plus years of teaching experience for this position or previous experience in a role similar to this role.

Requirements:
Direct hire for 2020-2021 school year
Salary is 50,000.00 - 60,000.00
Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education/or Exceptional Education
Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
Valid Florida teaching Certification required
Leadership Certification is a plus
ESE Certification or Gifted Endorsement is a plus
