Summary:
The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining equipment and tools used in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing equipment and tools used in manufacturing
Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
Assists with the creation and updating of maintenance procedures and instructions
Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
