Enterprise Sales Manager (SM)
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who is experienced in virtually selling B2B SaaS solutions with a strong track record of success within a technical sales process.

What you’ll do
You will help grow Axero from ~$5M of ARR to $15M+ by building a strong pipeline and then closing appropriate deals to meet your individual net new ARR revenue target
You will focus on selling our SaaS solution to enterprise-scale companies, understanding prospect needs and how our platform delivers value
You will build a pipeline of sufficient size to ensure success in meeting your target through a mix of inbound and outbound means
You will adhere to internal processes and collect data at each stage of the sales cycle ensuring strong discovery and efficient closing of deals.
You will accurately forecast your book of business to reflect expected revenue by month for the current and next quarter and be measured for your accuracy.
You will become a product expert and handle your own demos in most cases from configuration to presentation to working with prospects within a proof of concept
You will sell virtually in 90% of deals with prospects across multiple personas including but not limited to Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers,Chief Customer officers, etc.
You’ll ensure a successful and smooth transition to our client success team to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction
You will consistently meet or exceed sales metrics defined by the Axero Leadership team
You will ensure all internal sales systems are updated and maintained to reflect the current state of your deals, pipeline and activities including but not limited to our internal Axero platform and HubSpot CRM.
You will document and share best practices across the team in a collaborative and open fashion.
You will complete other duties as assigned as part of a fast growing SaaS company
What you’ll need

You have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across an organization

You are goal oriented and are comfortable working in an environment where success is measured against sales goals
You are willing to admit your mistakes and learn from them
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders
You enjoy working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
You will have done these
3+ years of highly-successful experience in selling software solutions with consistent overachievement of goals
You have worked with and managed efficient sales processes leveraging CRM tools like Hubspot
You have experience with deal sizes up to $300,000 of ARR
You have a track record of success in in consultative, value-based enterprise sales
You have experience with sales cycles of 3-6 months
You have worked collaboratively within a remote environment with strong time management skills
You have demonstrated strong collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing resources to drive lead generation.
Extra credit for you
You have experience at other horizontal (industry agnostic) B2B SaaS companies
You have sold to HR, marketing, internal communications buyers at medium and large enterprises in the United States and globally
Knowledge of enterprise collaboration solutions including intranet software and employee engagement software
Knowledge of how organizations integrate solutions with common enterprise applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Workday, Salesforce, ZenDesk, Slack)
Speak a language in addition to English
