Our client is a profitable smaller firm that has an existing channel sales division but is looking for enterprise reps (and leads) to build out their enterprise end user division. Position Overview:

The Enterprise Sales Lead is primarily responsible for building our enterprise sales division and working with high-level clientele and prospects, developing alliances and relationships while guiding clients through the full sales cycle. Our client is a first class video conferencing company located near John Wayne Airport. This is a great opportunity for an individual contributor who is looking to take on more responsibility and build a team of their own.
 

Principal Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the relationship with our large, corporate customers

· Identify and connect with high-level, corporate clientele

· Build a team of dedicated associates in creating a great brand experience

· Advise and educate clients on the custom conferencing experience that we provide

· Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and agreements

· Travel onsite to client locations to create and maintain strategic business relationships

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred

· Strong corporate sales background; at least 7 years of experience

· AV or IT industry experience preferred

· Experience in managing and leading a team

· Must be comfortable corresponding with C-level executives
