Enterprise Account Executive

Quali.fit is looking to expand its high performing sales team with dynamic and driven field sales executives who have experience selling enterprise business software in the U.S. recruiting industry.
The Account Executive’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to existing and net new customers in the US market.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a full-lifecycle consultative sales process, aligning internal technical resources to the prospect’s technology experts and driving to close
- Produce strategic account plans and manage them
- Demonstrate how our solution solves a prospect’s needs
- Be credible as a technology expert
- Engage decision-makers and navigate organizational structure
- Independently manage time and responsibilities to ensure consistent quota fulfillment, newly created opportunities, administrative task completion, and overall account management
