Engagement Ambassadors
are employed to contact members of various non-profit organizations via phone to update records, foster relationships between the organization and prospects and either ask for monetary support (Fundraising Calling) or speak about an institution with potential students (Admissions Calling).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for placing calls for various fundraising or enrollment programs
- Conduct self as a professional representative of Ruffalo Noel Levitz
- Accurate computer data entry of demographic and result updates
- Meet/exceed goals as outlined by the center manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Pursuing a High School Degree or has an equivalency
- Fulfill scheduled/required shifts set forth by Center Management
- Complete and pass new hire training
- Demonstrate an articulate command of English on the phone
- Ability to use a computer (for data entry purposes)
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Infrequent light physical effort required
- Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate
Preferred:
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Solid organizational skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- $8.25 - $11 per hour + $3/hr bonuses available
- $400 per semester in tuition assistance
