MUST HAVES/JOB DETAILS:
• Graduate from School of Nursing (BSN Required)
• Must have MINIMUM 1 year of experience in ED (Emergency Department) setting as a RN
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
• Effective Communication Skills
• Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Staff RN (ED), within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.
• The Staff RN (ED) collaborates in the spirit of teamwork is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines for the client
