We seek two Elementary School Teachers and 1 Special Education Elementary Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.
What you will be doing:
- Assess student abilities and align educational goals, objectives, and outcomes.
- Plan and implement appropriate instructional strategies and materials.
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Collaborate with professionals to maximize learning opportunities.
- Utilize technology and multimedia for enhanced learning experiences.
- Maintain communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Monitor and manage student behavior.
- Sponsor or coordinate extracurricular activities.
- Adhere to equal employment, non-discrimination policies, and professional standards.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or eligible for conditional certification in elementary education (12 credits in math, 12 credits in science, 8 credits in English, and 8 credits in history)
- Valid professional teaching certificate in Elementary Education.
- Knowledge of curriculum, methods, and instructional materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt instructional plans based on student needs.
- Proficiency in technology integration.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
