Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package for the Electrical Project Manager position in Nashville, TN. The total compensation ranges between $110,000 and $130,000, depending on experience. Exceptional candidates with a successful history of performance may receive compensation above this range.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Foster strong customer relations and maintain customer satisfaction throughout project execution within the designated territory.
Generate new business opportunities through sales leads and networking.
Estimate and bid on new projects utilizing Contes.
Develop and approve material and labor budgets for assigned job sites, reviewing and approving high-level transactions.
Regularly travel to regional job sites to ensure the quality of work and address any project-related issues.
Strategically plan and manage the labor force for projects within the region.
Collaborate closely with project superintendents, overseeing various aspects of project management, including job start coordination, vendor agreements, material and rental agreement management, purchase order processes, subcontract agreements, submittals, and change orders.
Provide regular project status reports to senior project management as required.
Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, optimize production, and enhance customer relations.
Continuously evaluate and provide training to key personnel within the territory.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in the Electrical Industry with a focus on Project Management.
Previous and current electrical project management experience is required.
Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with high-level customers.
Access to necessary supplies, General Contractors (GCs), and skilled manpower.
Proficiency in a professional work environment, demonstrating strong business acumen.
Minimum of 5-10 years of electrical project management experience, including commercial, residential, and luxury high-rise projects.
Successfully managed projects valued at over $5 million in electrical work.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
