The Parent Child Center (PCC) is the home of Shoreline’s youngest learners. The Parent Child Center is a licensed childcare facility and early-learning lab located on the campus of Shoreline Community College. We participate in WA State's Early Achievers program and serve Shoreline Community College students, employees and community members. We have programs available on campus in the areas Early Childhood Education, Child Advocacy Studies, Special Education, and much more. Tuition assistance and on-the-job training is available.
Under the direct supervision of the Parent Child Center Director, this position serves as an Assistant Teacher and performs entry level early childhood classroom duties. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in entering the early childhood development field.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT/SALARY:
This position is allocated to pay range 30, under the Washington State Office of Financial Management higher education salary schedule. Salary placement for new employees is determined by the College. This position works 40 hours per week, with schedule dependent upon department needs. Hiring of this position is contingent on available funding as determined by the College President.
