Director of Product Management

When you join our dynamic and fast-paced environment as Director of Product Development, you will be leading our cross-functional teams to strategize, design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You’ll also be leading our product development teams to come up with an outcome-oriented product strategy and your focus will be on building, driving, and managing a product roadmap. Basically, you will act as our product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the company.

What are the checkmarks of an ideal candidate?

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Demonstrated ability in leading product management teams or experienced as a product manager
• Proven capability to develop, train, and support the entire product team along with the Analytics department to provide a complete analysis of each element of products to drive revenue and meet product goals.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Keen ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Practiced multi-tasker with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• 3 or more years working as a Director Product Management managing software or cloud products
• Adept at understanding and curious about new technologies, systems, and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing
• Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
