Director of Nursing (DON) - skilled nursing facility

Our client is seeking a new leadership team for their post acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility near Rockville, Maryland.  The transition is due to a retirement and we are seeking both a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) and Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the campus.

Director of Nursing (DON) qualifications include:

• The Director of Nursing position requires a State of Maryland RN license.
• History in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) with acuity and a higher rehab population.
• Ability to transition a longstanding team to new leadership.
