The position of Director of Business Development is responsible for hunting and developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to prospects and clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquire new customers

Manage and lead business development activities to drive new revenue

Create effective approaches to closing new business

Understand the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of Centific services

Identify, qualify, develop, propose and close sales opportunities

Collaborate with Solutions, Engagement and Operations teams

Manage and negotiate pricing and contractual items.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Highly motivated, self-driven, sales individuals who want to be a part of a growing company and industry.

Well-spoken, very good communication (written and verbal) skills; multilingual is a plus.

Between 5-7 years of sales experience.

Proven sales life cycle experience - from lead generation to close.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding target compensation.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Effective time management skills.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 5+ years strategic selling with experience in e-commerce, risk, payments, or fraud markets OR equivalent experience in a consultative solution-based selling role with familiarity on business analytics.

Comprehension across the entire customer journey impacting emerging trends across payments, consumer abuse, online returns, omni-channel fulfillment, and marketplaces.

Experiences shaping strategy and tactics in solving customers' fraud problems.

Ability to navigate a customer through sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely.

Global time zone support as-needed.
