Digital Services Specialist

Client is interested in contracting with an individual experienced in assisting teams in developing Coordination of the investment and implementation of delivering secure business-driven solutions for digital service to residents at the rate and scale matching current demand.

Scope of services/description of work to be performed:

Coordinate the investment and implementation of delivering secure business-driven solutions for digital service to residents at the rate and scale matching current demand.

This engagement would leverage understanding of relevant public and private sector best practices to:

• Assess the state and limitations of Clients current digital service delivery
• Identify the key digital capabilities and outcomes the county should target

Recommend and provide a roadmap for how existing resources might be differently positioned to accelerate prioritized digital work and how to address remaining gaps in 2020
