This role is onsite from Day 1 followed by hybrid work model.

 

This role will be expected to perform digital analyses around They will need a background in data analysis and exploration using various tools and basic data visualization skills. SQL and other languages are a plus.

 

Job Summary

The Digital Data Analyst contractor provides input and support for Insights generation for digital experiences. This position collaborates with the data team to ensure effective delivery of digital experience insights. He/She provides knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for insights data driven tools/ processes using various MarTech applications. This position will create, maintain, and publish & share insight dashboards using various tools. He/She will be using applications such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Data Warehouse to investigate potential issues and gaps, and report back using most applicable presentation tools. This candidate needs to use data analytics & modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources to deliver Insights that will improve digital experiences at UPS. He/She will need to understand how audiences are created in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), and how to leverage these audiences for robust Insights. This candidate will also need to use a website debugger to analyze the tagging on ups.com, for troubleshooting and analytics planning.

Minimum Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree preferred, data analytics degree is preferred

Preferred knowledge: MarTech tools / knowledge, Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Microsoft Power BI

3+ plus years of digital data analytics experience
