The Position:
Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, dental materials; passing instruments, performing procedures, maintaining equipment and logs, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment for the Dentist and Hygienist.

The Location:
ONE Health Ohio’s Warren location, the Lloyd McCoy Community Health Center, is a Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognized Health Center that offers integrated healthcare services. Services include primary medical care, dental care and behavioral health care, as well as on-site pharmacy and on-site lab testing. The health center services all ages, including adults, teens, children.
 
Education/Experience:

• CDA Certificate
• Radiographer License
• Dental School Certificate
• Coronal Polishing Certificate (if applicable)
• CPR Card
