We are looking for someone who is interested in getting their hands dirty with computer servers! Someone who is looking for a side hustle to make an extra few bucks and can respond quickly to trouble reports. Ideal candidate is someone who is looking for part time, on demand sporadic work, and looking to learn about enterprise networks or get started in your IT career.

- Someone who can rapidly respond to our datacenter location in Pasadena
- Someone who has their own reliable transportation
What you will be doing:
- Rack new servers that are shipped to datacenter
- Perform repetitive tasks to setup and enter configuration settings into our management systems to deploy new servers
- Respond to trouble tickets that require physical interaction with customers' equipment (usually 2-24 hour response time needed)
- Swap hard drives
- Swap/install ram
- Swap/install CPU's
- Troubleshoot hardware based issues
- Run/prep new network cables in a tidy fashion
- Be our local eyes and ears and market expert for the Los Angeles (Pasadena) facility
