Title: Customer Service Representative – Call Center
Type: Temp-to-hire; Full-time
Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. OR 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Pay: $13.50-15.00/hour
Location: South Nashville / Off I-24 & Harding
The Customer Service Representative provides essential client services and account management to ensure client expectations are being met.

Qualifications, knowledge, & skills:
Our experience providing structural engineering services extends through all phases of projects from conceptual planning through construction administration. We are familiar with the structural standards and submittal requirements of local, state and federal entities. While we typically serve in a sub-consultant role under Architects on large projects, we can also serve as a prime consultant on structurally relevant projects, or even provide structural plan checking services where needed. We are sensitive to the timelines required on today's construction projects and have the means to meet demanding schedules.
