Customer Success Manager Software Sales

Criteria for Customer Success Manager Software Sales of Accounting Software

1. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance for Customer Success Manager Software Sales

2. You understand Accounting principles for Customer Success Manager Software Sales

2. Preferred: You’ve been a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with a quota

3. You have been a Customer Success Manager Software Sales for ERP software; however, not required

4. You're naturally curious, love to learn, and enjoy helping others succeed
 

The company is seeking a talented, results-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with existing customers, maintaining customer retention and customer satisfaction while uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to help our customers improve their business.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $42,500 plus variable. In the first year you should hit 70k to 80k.
