We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a brief period and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with every situation in a professional manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- Following up on referrals and leads.
- Addressing all customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner.
QUALIFICATION:
- Have strong professional communication skills, in person and on the phone.
- Have a valid driver’s license & own a vehicle
- Be flexible and willing to learn.
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
