  • As a Customer Service Representative, the associate has to handle outbound calls to the customer.
  • This position requires excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Good system skills in Excel, Word and Outlook

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform outbound call as per SOP and get the necessary information from the end client
  • Document the same in the system and complete the work item
  • If needed; the WI has to connect with client team
  • Collaboratively work with Backoffice team for back-and-forth communication
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
