International company for labor union benefits has immediate openings for Benefits Director position to work online. We are a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company with 50,000+ groups internationally, looking to expand within the South Florida area over the next 2 years. We have worked closely with teachers, firefighters, and police officers as the #1 provider of supplemental benefits for over 65 years! As workers nationwide have started to lose important benefits, our jobs have become that much more important, and our products have become that much more valuable (10.5 million customers worldwide). We are in immediate need of dedicated Customer Service Benefits Representatives and Benefits Directors to provide services online and in-person. We seek candidates that are coach-able and look for promotion opportunities with a career path into management.


 

Position #1: Customer Service Representative


 

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Inbound/outbound calls
  • Schedule new appointments
  • Servicing requested benefits
  • Assist with communication of behalf of the company
  • Complete necessary paperwork


 

Position #2: Benefits Director


 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Manage one-on-one relationship with existing and new customers
  • Organize and manage own process and workflow
  • Supervising daily activities
  • Mentor, train, develop, manage and promote new staff
