You will work directly with our office staff to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Be present, engage are ready to work.
Promptly answer phones with a smile, and communicate with clients in a courteous manner.
General office duties (Answering multi-line phones, greeting people, filing, etc.)
Issue Purchase Orders, Submittals, and Close Outs using MS Word/ Adobe PDF
Prepare spreadsheets/ reports using MS Excel
Skills/ Abilities:
Excellent positive attitude and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job, including image and both verbal and written communication skills
Possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including conflict resolution skills
Strong organization, planning and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a rapidly changing environment
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn programs as required
