Responsibilities:
- Hours are Full Time (40hrs). Office is open Monday - Friday
- Provide administrative support to agents and producers
- Prepare renewal policies for commercial clients
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients
- Assist clients with billing questions and process payments
- Communicate with billing, claims, and customer service on behalf of clients
- Mail policy documents
- Cross sell products to current clients
- Up-sell current coverage
Requirements:
- Current Insurance licenses or must be obtained within 60 days of being hired. Employer will pay for licensing classes, candidate will pay all state licensing fees
- Pay will be unlicensed $13.00/hour, licensed P&C $14.00/hour and licensed P&C and Life $15.00/hour
- Minimum 1 years prior customer service experience in an office setting required
- Prefer background in insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Career and goal oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Team player
- Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
