Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, ranging from bill inquiries, order requests, and providing credits and taking payments. 1099 position not an employee position, no benefits and no paid training

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (helpful but not mandatory)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must pass a background check and potentially a drug test and file an afidavit of identity.

We are a small work from home call center providing customer service for large companies, Must have a quiet work enviornment, internet, computer and smartphone, In some cases need a landline as well.
