Responsibilities
- Update customers file and ensure information is up to date
- Use database to update files to reflect current activity
- Fax update paperwork to hotels
- Communicate with customers and hotels regarding check out dates and experience at the hotel
- Assist in taking and entering new claims
Requirements
- Customer service experience is a must (Face to face and/or phone)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
