Job Description:

 

The Customer Service/Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations team as we get ready to deploy a new infrastructure for the company. The work will include all aspects of marketing, customer service, renewal marketing, and basic financial functions. This position will work closely and act as liaison with all individuals of the Audience Marketing Team plus the company's internal engineering team.

Assignment: 4 to 6-month contract duration - Wednesday through Friday schedule (24 hours a week)  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer focus to quickly understand and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Understand pricing for all types of customers including groups & site licenses & agents
  • Needs to be extremely detail oriented and have excellent time management skills
  • Review customer invoices for accuracy

 

Job Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will be a clear and concise communicator, comfortable with data analysis, tactical and flexible with changes midstream. Must have a can-do approach to problem-solving in a very fast paced environment.

Other Requirements include:

    • Digital media or magazines experience
    • Audience Marketing or Consumer Marketing
    • Experience with subscriptions/renewals and/or fulfillment house experience
    • Strong organizational and follow up skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Self-starter & fast learner
    • Basic finance, marketing, and customer service understanding
