The Customer Service/Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations team as we get ready to deploy a new infrastructure for the company. The work will include all aspects of marketing, customer service, renewal marketing, and basic financial functions. This position will work closely and act as liaison with all individuals of the Audience Marketing Team plus the company's internal engineering team.
Assignment: 4 to 6-month contract duration - Wednesday through Friday schedule (24 hours a week)
