LINQM has been engaged to help with a Customer Service Marketing Assistant Position. The role will be handling a customer facing web portal by monitoring, approving and updating information on a daily basis
Right background:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Graphic Design or working experience in graphic design and a degree
Working experience handling a customer facing web portal or site
Experience with SalesForce
Knowledge of smartphone and tablet APPs
Self-starter, capable of working independently, but can also work within a team environment
Day to day:
- Collaborate with sales to update site and add information when required
- Manage troubleshooting for portal by working with site developer to diagnose and correct any issues
- Monitor the site email and review and respond to any requests
- Interact with customers to ensure content is correct, clear and professional
- Help with administrative tasks related to launch of the web portal, including interfacing with internal teams, sending email announcements, testing and reviewing processes
Work with team to migrate a marketing/sales App from one interface over to another platform
- Manage project by working with key team members and setting goals and timelines
