Customer Service Associate

Knuckleheads Trampoline Park Rides Bowling is currently seeking upbeat, outgoing individuals who are passionate about customer service and providing an exceptional experience for every Knuckleheads guest.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Greet customers in a friendly manner while providing information on attractions, promotions, pricing and specials
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register, accurately ring sales and follow cash handling procedures (Not required for all positions)
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Consistently and politely enforce the safety standards of the facility, and standards specific to each attraction.
• Oversee the safe operation of rides and trampolines

Qualifications:

• Great attitude with outgoing personality
• Good communication and courtesy skills
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Weekends required
