Customer Service Agent

Concentrix is hiring Customer Support Representatives in Chattanooga!

This is NOT a sales position.

The Customer Support Representative will primarily interface with customers by receiving inbound or making outbound calls to both residential and business customers with either an update on their missing parcel(s) or to close a case.

Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday, 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. Candidates MUST be flexible to work any shift.
