Customer Service / Sales Associate

The Candor Agency is looking for five customer service and sales reps to join one of our customer service and sales teams. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, motivated, a team player and is reliable. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Greeting customers and clients 
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Maintaining a clean work environment and professional appearance
• Acquiring new business 
• Upselling customers as needed

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• 2 or 4 year degree
