Job Description:

Looking for an opportunity to learn about the insurance industry and develop your risk management skills? We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Customer Relations Intern. We are looking for candidates that are interested in helping our business grow by using our C.A.R.E.S. model to meet customer needs.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for overall customer experience
  • Establish and develop professional relationships with customers, fulfilling their insurance and risk management service needs

As an Intern, you will receive

Requirements/Education/Experience

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate
  • Interested in learning about the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
